Has been a while since we gather. It's so heartwarming to be with fellow changemakers again, carving out a new beginning next year. Yesterday in this round table, we discussed gift economy, time bank community, sharing skills, decluttering, life transformation, woodworking, problem solving, authentic movement, dance, healthy habits, strength building, human connection, sustainable farming, and intuitive art. It's crazy how everyone has so much valuable resources to exchange in one afternoon! Thank you all who came to our Meetup.🥰🙏🏻

VIVA RHYTHMS!
An interactive and inclusive activity that encourage a celebration of life, community and you!
VIVA RHYTHMS is basically a rhythmic music making activity that anyone can take part in. Similar activities conducted around the world have been shown to help improve physical, mental and emotional health in participants; and are thus occasionally considered to be therapeutic.
No experience required to be part of this mini musical circle. There will also be a short drumbeat winding down to end the session.
