VIVA RHYTHMS!
An interactive and inclusive activity that encourage a celebration of life, community and you!

VIVA RHYTHMS is basically a rhythmic music making activity that anyone can take part in. Similar activities conducted around the world have been shown to help improve physical, mental and emotional health in participants; and are thus occasionally considered to be therapeutic.

No experience required to be part of this mini musical circle. There will also be a short drumbeat winding down to end the session.

Do come and join us in an experiential activity that will free your mind, heart including body. Free the rhythm in you while having fun!

Fees: Normal fee RM20/person. Pay at the door.
Kids can join too.
Instruments: Provided. Feel free to bring your own drum/percussion instrument if you have any
